Chocolate and peanut butter fudge

Ingredients:

  • 170 gm natural creamy peanut butter
  • 170 gm dark chocolate
  • ⅓ cup roasted peanuts, chopped
  • Sea salt

Preparation:

Place the soft butter in a bowl. To make it soft we can leave it at room temperature for at least half an hour or we can heat it at minimum power in the microwave for 20-30 seconds.

Line a 9x5 baking pan with parchment paper.

Place the chocolate in a bowl and heat it in the microwave until it has completely melted.

Combine the peanut butter with the melted chocolate and mix.

Pour the mixture into the pan and spread it evenly. Top with chopped peanuts and a sprinkle of sea salt.

Refrigerate for 60 minutes or until firm. Once hardened, cut into squares and serve.
